Veco manufactures air filter in all efficiencies:

High efficiency
HEPA filter to  99.95% through 99.999%, at 0.3 micrometer and higher according MIL STD. 292 or to H10 through H14 according Standard EN 1822.
ULPA filter to 99.9999% through 99.99999%, at 0.3 micrometer and higher according  MIL STD. 292 or to U15 through U17 according Standard EN 1822.

-HEPA VECOFLOW filtres.
-HEPA VECOFLOW minipleat filters (optional gel seal).
-ULPA VECOFLOW filters.

Medium efficiency
MERV 9 - 16 according Standard ASHRAE 52.2-1999
